Version control is an essential part of smart software development. We feel free to experiment in our code without fear since we can always revert our file to its last known-working version. We can also share changes among ourselves and outside developers and always keep track of who made which changes. Version control helps ensure accountability, but our company culture keeps it as a tool of collaboration and not blame.
